MANAGED TESTING SERVICES

MANAGED TESTING SERVICES:

As a part of Managed Testing Service contracts IT SUPPORT EXPERTS implement and effect test strategies and plans, develop test cases, prepare testing schedules, conduct test programmes, and provide thorough test summary reports. Catering to all scenarios, our ISTQB certified and experienced analysts test software and web applications, infrastructure, networks, mobile applications and other domains in line with the following test methods.

  • Integration Testing
  • A phase in which unique products, systems, artefacts, and modules are tested in unison. Considering the development approach IT SUPPPORT EXPERTS will employ a hybrid, bottom up, top down, or big bang approach; based on any or all grey, white, and black box testing methods to expose errors in the interaction of related, sequential, or dependant internal and external features and functions.

  • Functional Testing
  • Used to test features perform as required, in this phase each unique deliverable is assessed at the user interface level for positive response against all possible use case scenarios; and, for unobstructed performance under all critical failure scenarios. IT SUPPPORT EXPERTS will employ a series tests including infrastructure analysis and input of typical and atypical data sets to validate functional responses not assessable at a code level.

  • Non Functional Testing
  • In this phase a product or system is tested in line with expected operational requirement. Employing a project relevant comparison, compatibility, configuration, endurance, globalization, installation, load, localization, mobile, performance, portability, recovery, stress, scalability, security, static, usability, and volume tests IT SUPPPORT EXPERTS will ensure your systems and applications operate as expected, as opposed to individual behaviours of features and functions.

  • Regression Testing
  • A subordinate functional test method, in this phase or stage new features and functionality are tested to ensure they perform per the pre-altered state. Employing the same processes undertaken for functional testing IT SUPPPORT EXPERTS will work to ensure applied changes have not adversely affected any existing system functions, features, or processes.

  • Smoke Testing
  • Used to expose integration issues, and often referred to as Build Verification, this approach validates that a key set of imperative functions perform as required. This type of testing is usually undertaken in order to validate a build is stable before executing a complete test programme; and employs similar methods and processes those used for Integration Testing.

  • Performance Testing
  • A subordinate non-functional test method, this phase or stage is limited to validating the quality and capability of a system or product. Using appropriate non-functional testing methods IT SUPPORT EXPERTS will assess system responsiveness and capacity against performance related requirements.

  • Load Testing
  • A subordinate non-functional test method, oftentimes executed in conjunction with performance testing. In this test phase or stage places IT SUPPORT EXPERTS will work to identify weaknesses in your application by incrementally increasing concurrent user demand on the system or product.

  • Stress Testing
  • A subordinate non-functional test method, oftentimes executed in conjunction with performance testing. In this test phase or stage IT SUPPORT EXPERTS will test your system or applications breaking point by placing it under intense demand (above peak conditions) to see how it will respond.

  • Security Testing
  • Usually executed in line with non-functional testing, this test phase or stage specifically validates the products or systems information is secured per access and permission based requirements. Coupled with penetration testing (or pen testing) IT SUPPPORT EXPERTS will validate data encryption, firewalls, and access points that may be exploited by malicious individuals.

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Generally the final stage of a test programme, this stage or phase of testing sees end-users apply real world scenarios to the products and systems to ensure they perform as specified.
